LDS Business College does not own any on- or
off-campus housing for students.
Property Reserve, Inc of the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-day Saints owns two nearby
properties--The Lodge and The Plaza.
The Lodge accommodates housing for male
students while
The Plaza accommodates female students.
Rent ranges from $285 to $310 monthly.
Students living in these properties must
adhere to an Honor Code. Both properties
provide students with coin operated laundry
facilities, utilities and
free parking. The Plaza is equipped
with a private elevator. Neither facility
provides for personal
food preparation. A Rental Application and
